LashCloak offers free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend, to the destinations available at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Estimated processing and dispatch: 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery times can vary by destination and carrier.

Follow your order

Open your order confirmation email and select View your order to see the order status. Carrier tracking is shown when available. You can also read our order tracking guide.

If your order is late or you need to ask about your delivery address, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged delivery, describe the problem and keep photos of the product and packaging ready for our reply.
